More details of the 2015 Ford Mustang have leaked, and instead of some anonymous forum member posting photos of the new Mustang on the cover of Autoweek, this time, it’s Ford’s fault. The crew at mustang6g.com alerted us to the Ford consumer website, where the 2015 Mustang’s official page is live, but judging by the lack of images and broken code, it’s probably not supposed to be. While the Autoweek story—which has yet to be published online—confirmed many of the design and tech details we reported last month, Ford’s site reveals a few more.

There are 10 exterior colors (we like Deep Impact Blue—enough to spec it for our long-term 2013 Mustang GT—if only for the crappy movie reference), the 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder is most definitely an option from the car’s launch in late 2014, the 3.7-liter V-6 is standard, and Ford says that the 5.0-liter V-8 will “benefit from increased power.” MyFord Touch is optional, and from the test mules we’ve spied, we know it will have redundant knobs and buttons below the touch screen.

“If you know Mustang, you know this is just a fraction of what will be offered, ” the website that shouldn’t be live said late Wednesday. Check back here early tomorrow for the full reveal of the 2015 Mustang, or head to mustang6g.com for full details if you can’t wait until then.
