Job Description:
- Assist clients, designers and architects with selection and design of stone and ceramic tile for interior and exterior spaces.
- Knowledgeable about products and will need to recommend products based on client’s individual needs.
- Provide samples and check stock of material.
- Follow up on orders and coordinate shipments.
- Responsible for answering phones and emails
- Project Management
- Assist Showroom Manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills are all needed for this position
- Working knowledge of the natural stone and tile industry preferred
- Must be sales driven and design oriented
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service and verbal/telephone communication skills
- Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and AutoCAD computer skills preferred

Santarossa is currently looking to add an outgoing, highly motivated and experienced Part Time Sales Associate to our team at the Indiana Design Center. This position is part time.
Position Summary:
The Showroom Coordinator –Greeter is a front line customer contact for the showroom. This person greets prospective customers as they enter the showroom, answers basic inquiries, determines the nature of the visit, and introduces guest to showroom designers.
- Answer phones, direct calls, take messages when appropriate
- Look up orders and answer customer questions
- Send samples and brochures
- Contact clients to pick up samples
- Maintain showroom visit counts
- Maintain appearance of the entire showroom, including office supplies, trash, coffee station, etc.
- Send monthly showroom visit counts to Showroom Manager
- Assist Showroom Designers with customers
- Perform Other duties as assigned

the position of PROJECT MANAGER/SUPERINTENDENT. Day-to-day duties for this
position will include work in all phases of residential and light commercial
remodeling.

Have at least 10 years experience in the residential construction industry
Have at least 5 years experience in residential project management
